Card count: 297

These four cards were done at a Stampin' Up! card class. I really liked the idea of this first card but I didnt like the string and would look for something else to embellish with. I'll make it again though, since I have the stamp!

This one is VERY similar to one I did at a stamp camp in October.

The more I see the card below, the more I like it. My cousin made it too, but she is itching to colour in the houses and their plain-ness is growing on me. Perthaps I'd emboss them next time?

Lucky last but I love this card! I forgot to mark where abouts my stamp was laying so I couldnt match my layers properly. Rest assured though, it DOES all match up when I am not the one doing it lol.

In my last stamp camp post, I showed you a congratulations card I had made. I used the same technique on this card. You basically cut rectangles of paper and diagonally cut them to create triangles. They all stick down to one point on the card (which you cover with a greeting). I think this is called a starburst card. I made these Christmas ones with my craft group ladies. They are all pretty old and when we made this they complained a LOT but as soon as it was done, they loved it and wanted to make more lol.

This last card was organised by  my friend Marie. I like the idea but not how we embellished the middle. I think I'd want a different shade of red and maybe some sponging etc...but I dont own the die so probably wont be making it again lol.

Faith's Cardigan

My little niece Faith, turns one soon and I knitted her this little summer cardigan. She lives in New Zealand, where it is cool on a summer evening. She is quite small because she was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate so will definitely need a little help keeping warm!

Close to my heart (stamp camp) Card total:288

I just got back from stamp camp (a weekend away making cards). We stayed at Landsdale Farm which usually has school classes to stay but suited our purposes. Here are the cards I created this weekend:
