Scrapbook page

This is the first scrapbook page I've ever made! This is a picture of myself and my niece. I made this for her birthday this year. I used punched hearts, gesso with stensils and dylusions to create this page. I framed it and it is up in her bedroom. :o)

A few cards I forgot! These came from a card class I went to. The shirt is folded from a piece of flat patterned paper. Very cute idea! This shirt was made at the same time as the suit card in the post before this one.

And a cute envelope maker box...I really should give these a post of their own as I've been playing around with them quite a lot!

This last card used a woodgrain paper from Kaszazz to make a picture frame around a page I painted with a water brush and stamped onto.

more cards. Total for the year: 222

Card 206: this is a Kaszazz design. Below it, I'll show you the side view so you can see how it is sorta...standing up?

207: I like the side folding of this card!

210:This card has a front flap, when you lift the first flap, there is a hidden design and then it opens out totally flat (see next three photos).

213 and 214: I made two of these. One at home and one when I helped my friends make it.

221: The background paper of these last two was created by scrunching up paper, dabbing distress inkpad over it and spritzing with water.

Card 222: this is SUCH a cool card! It resembles a suit...hopefully you can see that lol. This is the suit closed up:

The jacket fronts open to reveal a vest and tie underneath:

And that flips down to reveal a place to write plus the top of the collar:

I made this at my friend Janene's house. She is a Kaszazz demonstrator and I enjoy her inspirations. These are some of my little nieces-cuties! This was made with white gesso, stamped while still tacky. Set aside to dry then wiped over with black gesso and wiped off with a damp paper towel. The flowers are a mix of dies and pre-cut flowers. Some diamantes were coloured with alcohol markers. Good fun!
