365 cards!

I did it! I finished my 365 card challenge for the year! I better let the man who challenged me, know I met the challenge.

This first card was one I made for my craft group for Christmas. I gave them all away and thought, 'but I am not done admiring this' so I made myself this one (slightly different shade of red and different last panel).

I have made a heap of these. Normally I wouldnt make more than one or two of each type but in the interests of completing my challenge, I made some in bulk this month...but still not perfectly the same.

I found this card on Pinterest and thought it was super cute so I made two copies of it. I had a challenge finding a stamp that fit around the embossing!

I made seven copies of this for my craft group. I used a random selection of stamps (stamp it, Kaszazz and some I purchased on the internet). The star punch and the one I used to make the feet (deco label?) were from Stampin' up, as was the card stock (cherry cobbler).

I bought these two memory box dies (Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday) at a scrapbook store and they make cards super quickly! Tim Holtz embossing folder, which I didnt buy specifically, it came in the packet with one I WAS specifically buying.

Today I made another elf card but gave it away without a photo. I also made four of these and gave them away:

Aside from those five, I got to playing with my nemory box dies, I havent made anything flash but had fun anyway. One really needs some colour, but I do really like the yellow!

Cards from the weekend

On Saturday night, I held a board games evening at my house and a few of the ladies came early so we made these first two cards:

Friday evening, I'd been to a Kaszazz Christmas party and one of the ATC cards was one of these. I decided to make a bigger version and have made five (but am only picturing a few). Elf cards!

Not sure why these are displaying sideways, they arent sideways on my computer! I just was bored and dont especially like how they came out, though they are much nicer in person.

These were an idea off pinterest. I decided the birds were too plain so I stamped script over them and sponged the edges. First I made one without the branch but decided I preferred that tiny bit more colour:

Again, not sure why this is displaying sideways! This was an envelope of paper and paper flowers (plus one embellishment and a strand of ribbon) and we had to make a card. Only ONE stamp was allowed to be used and one circle punch. I used the circle punch to create the flowers (I cut the circle into a spiral and rolled it to make the roses).
